For me it is a big challenge to get used to really do NOTHING. Means just to accept to hang around, accept to not work much, accept to not to treat anyone while there are 180 students in this school who could ALL do with some physiotherapy....AAAAAAAAAAA Just relax.....
It's really the total opposite of what denise and i had in the netherlands not so long ago....
Anyway, we have to wait and see if anything will be changing over the next weeks...at the moment it means just to be patient and see what happens. I am very happy that denise and i are doing this together and don't have to hang around on our own!!
BUT we have been doing nice things in the afternoon: yoga on a rooftop at the seaside just before sunset with some soothing background noise from the traffic ;-) ( curious if we will be able to move tomorrow....i think our muscles will be complaining a little)
And we made the perfect dinner: chapaties and curry....yummmiii :-)
Oh and jetlag situation still hasn't changed...we tried a new strategy: counting sheep together...i have the even numbers, denise the odd....but it doesn't really help....we gave up after 100 jumped from the left to the right side and returned again....maybe we will come up with a new idea tonight...or we should try to count 500 tonight?!?! :-)
The following fotos were taken on our way home after work. And you can see some cooking and eating pictures.
some school children we saw on our way home
on the bus
Anneke, our dutch host, teaching us how to make chapaties
